Property
Hudson Property Programs are underwritten on a single state or regional basis for general property, inland marine, builders’ risks and forced place fire property products. These programs are written through select Program Administrators on a single state or regional basis. We write relatively homogeneous risks and participate in a primary position, not as an excess carrier. We will consider Florida and Gulf Coast wind exposures, but not as a preferred class. Maximum policy limits provided are $10,000,000. Program Administrators interested in participating in these areas should be able to provide detailed exposure data for catastrophe modeling and portfolio analysis.
