Hudson’s Personal Automobile Program provides non-standard automobile products exclusively in California and New York.

California

Hudson has a product appropriate for most drivers throughout the state. Program features include:

• Multiple rate filings to accommodate a large cross-section of drivers
• Liability only or full coverage
• Limits from 15/30/10 BI/PD up to 100/300/50
• Installment payment plans
• On-line quoting, binding and servicing

Commercial Trucking - APD & Cargo Program

The Hudson Commercial Trucking Program provides truck physical damage and motor truck cargo coverages written for owner-operators and small fleets. The Program is designed for vehicles used in the business of transporting goods, materials or commodities for others. Hudson Commercial Trucking Program is available exclusively in California. Program features include:

• Truck physical damage

• ISO coverage form

• Values to $100,000.

• Motor Truck Cargo coverage for the loss or damage to commodities of others

• Trailer Interchange coverage provides basic physical damage protection to non-owned trailers

Non-Trucking Liability and APD Program

The Hudson Non-Trucking Liability (NTL) Program provides coverage for owner-operators of tractor-trailers who lease their vehicles to a motor carrier. Coverage takes effect if the truck is being operated outside the scope of the motor carrier's control or direction, and with no economic benefit to the owner-operator or the lease company. Hudson NTL Program is available on a nationwide basis exclusively through a network of approved brokers. Program features include:

• Limits of up to $1,000,000

• ISO Commercial Automobile Policy forms
• Monthly premiums charged per power unit
• Truck Physical Damage also available

Waste Haulers Program

Hudson offers a full coverage waste haulers program for accounts located in California, Arizona and Utah. This program is written on an admitted basis. Some of the program features include:

• Maximum limit of $1,000,000
• Full coverage including auto liability, general liability and inland marine.
• ISO forms
