With over 33 years of insurance industry experience, Lance currently serves as Hudson’s chief compliance officer. Lance joined Skandia America in 1980 (Skandia America was renamed OdysseyRe in 1996) and has held various underwriting positions in property facultative, treaty reinsurance and primary insurance, for Hudson Insurance. Lance began his career with Kemper Insurance Companies as a commercial lines underwriter in 1971.

Lance graduated from Seton Hall University with a degree in History. He also holds a Certificate of General Insurance and AIM from the Insurance Institutes, as well as the CPCU and ARe designations.
