• Deductibles from $0 to $ 50,000
• Limits of Insurance from $100,000/ $300,000 to $1,000,000/$3,000,000
• Defense Costs are outside the Policy Limits
• Claims Made Coverage
• Incident reporting
• Prior acts Coverage available in most jurisdictions
• Retirement Tail Coverage available at no charge at age 55 after five continuous years of coverage with Hudson
• Tail Coverage at no charge in the event of death or permanent disability
• Staff Coverage included for most personnel at no additional charge
• Physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurse midwives and CRNAs can be included for a charge
• Coverage available for Medical Board Hearings
