Paul has 24 years experience in the healthcare risk management industry. He was Director of Quality Assurance and Risk Management at Ralph K. Davies Medical Center in San Francisco, CA, a three hundred bed teaching facility. He was Risk Manager for the Association of California Hospital Districts, as well as Risk Management Specialist for CIGNA and Norcal Mutual Insurance Company. Paul holds a law degree, is a member of the California State Bar Association and received his Masters degree from Harvard School of Public Health.
